Role Purpose

Own assigned Corporate Banking Channel applications and ensure operational stability, stakeholder management, change delivery and compliance.

Application Ownership Areas

Cluster A: Indus Direct Web & Mobile

Cluster B: API Banking, SFTP, H2H

Cluster C: Indus Collect, PG Integrations, Agency Banking

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of assigned applications

• Incident, problem and change management

• Business requirement coordination and UAT support

• Stakeholder and vendor coordination

• Documentation, SOPs and compliance readiness

• Continuous service improvement

• Incident closure within SLA

• Timely UAT and release completion

• Reduction in repeat incidents
