Overall Job Description

Own branch-level WCS service delivery, controls, client experience, productivity and people outcomes.

Lead reliable, timely and error-free Branch Trade operations through disciplined pendency, escalation and capacity management.

Strengthen first-line controls across transactions, queues, reconciliations, document custody, BCM and regulatory processes.


Key Measurable Deliverables

• 100% CRM Next / iWorks requests closed within TAT.

• Customer complaints closed within TAT: ≥90%; NPS detractor actions: 100%.

• Quarterly stakeholder engagement completed with actions tracked to closure: 100%.

• Regulatory, compliance and control requirements met: 100%.

• Audit score: ≥90%; repeat audit observations: Nil; operational losses: Nil.

• SMDT, deviation, ODV and exception queues ageing >5 days without justification: Nil.

• Monthly productivity review and minimum 1 utilisation improvement suggestion.

• Team attrition maintained below 10% and support 25% reduction over previous FY.

• Mandatory training completion: 100%; self-development: 2 soft-skill and 3 specialised trainings annually.

• Minimum 2 team nominations for Insta Achiever awards every month.


Any specific requirements

• Working knowledge of trade operations, regulatory controls and audit requirements.

• Ability to manage client escalations, stakeholders and branch teams.
