Hiring for: A BSFI firm which is authorized to act as a Corporate Agent for procuring or soliciting insurance business of Life and General Insurance and also deals in Mortgage Loans / Home Loans etc.

Salary: Up to INR 12 LPA



Roles and Responsibility

·      To co-ordinate closely with Business Users and Operations to understand the functional requirements

·      Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements

·      To create and review Business requirement document

·      Design the features of IT systems (create functional requirements)

·      To prepare necessary documentation

·      Determine which tasks/steps to automate (identify scope and get the requirements)

·      To prepare and review Test Cases/ Scenarios and Test Results as per requirement

·      Conducting functional testing and providing timely feedback

·      Ensure user application issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner

·      Drive/communicate status on project related work

·      Translate technical information for a business audience

·      Other duties as assigned

 

Technical & Behavioural Competencies

·      Experienced as an Operations executive in Insurance industry / Business Analyst in IT (Non-Banking/ Finance domain preferred). Insurance industry exposure is preferred

·      knowledge of SQL/ PL SQL, basic programming, web technologies is preferred

·      Ability to work as Individual contributor and work in team with minimum guidance

·      Ability to work within strict deadlines

·      Good documentation, presentation and communication skills

·      Establish excellent working relationships with colleagues

Desired Candidate

·      A results-oriented Business Analyst with 5–7 years of experience in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional solutions, with a strong focus on HR applications (e.g., HRMS, payroll, talent management systems).

·      Skilled in working with cross-functional teams, including HR stakeholders, IT, and vendors, to deliver process improvements and system enhancements.

·      Skilled in requirement documentation (BRDs/FRDs), UAT coordination, and data analysis.

·      Proven ability to support implementation, integration, and optimization of technology solutions.
