Role Details

• Developing, analyzing, and implementing credit policies to support Open Market - Verified Income Program for personal loans.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of the lending practices with regulatory requirements and industry standards while effectively managing risk.

• Management of Model Driven Programs within the ambit of the Personal Loans product program.

• Track Programs and Portfolio Performance and delinquency trends and Identify opportunities for X-Sell and eligible pre-approved bases.


Overall Job Description

• Develop and maintain credit policies and guidelines for the Open Market Verified Income Program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards & reporting.

• Analyze credit risk trends and provide insights to enhance the program's effectiveness and profitability.

• Collaborate with underwriting, risk management, and compliance teams to implement and monitor credit policies.

• Collaborate with central data science & Central analytics team for implementation of model driven solution within the ambit of the Personal Loans product program.

• Identify opportunities for X-Sell and release eligible pre-approved bases and Assist in developing credit policies and procedures to minimize risk exposure.

• Conduct thorough reviews of Personal Loans Programs (Digital / Physical) processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

• Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards related to Open Market Verified Income Program and lending practices, making necessary adjustments to policies.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting policy performance and risk assessment findings.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, participate in audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

• Conduct training sessions for underwriting and customer service teams on credit policy changes and best practices.

• Tracking of key portfolio metrics and in depth analysis of portfolio trends / patterns to enable course correction, policy revisions and report to management.

•Support changes in Application Processing System for new products, promos, credit policy revisions etc.


Education

Essential requirement: Post Graduate / MBA / CA / PGDBM / PGDBA

Preferred: CA/ MBA WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential requirement: 2-5 years

Preferred: 3-5 years
