Role Details:

To independently manage, negotiate, and advise on complex non-credit legal documentation across multiple banking

functions, provide strategic legal advisory, and safeguard the Bank’s legal and reputational interests.

Overall Job Description:

 Wealth Management: Distribution, referral, and strategic alliance agreements with insurers, AMC partners,

fintechs

 Transaction Banking: Complex cash management, escrow, pooling, and corporate service arrangements

 Marketing & Branding: High-value celebrity endorsements, sponsorships, advertising, and digital/social media

campaigns

 Information Technology: Software development, licensing, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, IP-driven contracts

 Administration: Commercial leases, long-term vendor agreements, outsourcing contracts

 Human Resources: Senior management contracts, special assignments, legal opinions on HR matters

 Provide strategic legal opinions to business and support functions on non-credit matters.

 Identify legal, regulatory, and reputational risks and propose mitigation strategies.

 Interpret and apply applicable laws and regulatory guidelines impacting non-credit operations.

 Act as the primary legal point of contact for key non-credit stakeholders.

 Liaise with external law firms and counsels; review opinions and documentation prepared by them.

 Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews related to non-credit documentation.

 Guide and mentor junior legal team members.

 Assist in developing standardized templates, playbooks, and SOPs.

 Contribute to department-wide legal projects and policy initiatives
