JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Purpose

The role involves end-to-end project management, process improvements, implementation of technology-led initiatives and development of analytical dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

•        Requirement gathering and BRD preparation

•        UAT testing and sign-offs

•        Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely implementation.

•        Liasoning with Credit and SDG to Drive process improvement and automation initiatives

•        Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools.

•        Generate analytical reports, business insights, and management presentations for leadership reviews

Education

MBA / Post-Graduate Degree

Experience

4–6 years in Banking/Financial Services project management related to LOS, business analysis.

Technical Competencies
