Key Roles & Responsibilities

• The Merchandiser shall be a focal point to understand the Product/Design/Trend Requirements for the assigned Geographies / Accounts.
• The resource shall help the Business Development Teams achieve their desired Business Growth with their Product Merchandising expertise.

Job Responsibilities

·      Understanding the market need as per the Indian geography and the region wise.

·      Doing Surveys for the latest designs or the latest trends

·      Physical visits to understand the trends, taste and innovations in the designs

·      Allocating the Design DNPS for the designers.

·      Guiding the Designers to create Designs as per the market surveys and trends

·      Monitoring the Creation of the designs and setting the milestones for the final product.

·      Allocation of TAT for finishing the final designs

·      Coordination with CSD Team to start the CAD project.

·      Monitoring and Co ordinating with the CAD Teams for the final CAD Files for production

·      Checking on the Final output and initiating corrections wherever needed.

·      Participating in Road Shows / Exhibitions.

·      Customer/ Prospect Meetings to share the Design concepts and understand the needs.
