Process Manager - COO's Office

To support the COO in driving operational excellence and productivity improvements across CPC and branch processes through data-driven interventions, process enhancements, and technology enablement. The role will also focus on cost optimization, risk mitigation, and automation of key operational metrics.

2: Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)

CPC Productivity Improvements

·       Drive initiatives such as First Time Right (FTR), process redesign, and tech interventions to enhance CPC efficiency.

Dashboard Development & Automation

·       Maintain and enhance CPC dashboards for key metrics; coordinate with Data team for automation of manual tracking.

Cost Monitoring

·       Track cost per file month-on-month for Udaan; ensure timely reporting for Group-level reviews.

ACH Mandate Setup & Closure

·       Lead high-priority ACH mandate project with daily tracking and stakeholder coordination.

Branch Process Enhancements

·       Identify and implement productivity improvement measures across branches; work on CPC-branch interface optimization.

Risk Indicator Improvements

·       Develop and execute end-to-end improvement ideas for key risk indicators related to Ops functions.

Education: Master’s degree in business administration, or related field.
