1: Job Purpose Statement

To Oversee the employee incentive management programme, design various employee contest and end to end rewards and recognition for on role and off role employees across various business channels of Mahindra Finance.

 

2: Duties & Responsibilities 

·    Design incentive policy in co-ordination with department head

·    Pre-simulate the outcome of the RBMI policy from financial and productivity point of view

·    Collaborate with business for required data set to formulate the policy parameter.

·    Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute internal processes.

·    Configure the designed RBMI/ Incentive policies in the system

·    Validate the same and release it for internal accounts and audit functions

·    Comply with the Standard operating guidelines established by the CBO.

·    Address the grievances raised by employees related to their incentive or RBMI

·    Provide strategic data sets to the reporting manager about the activities undertaken.

·    Contribute to automating the processes.

·    Drive and engage employees on the application for their performance tracking

·    Conceptualise and Launch contest from time to time to achieve the business goals

·    Drive the business campaigns effectively across all the channels

·    Launch privilege rewards and recognition programme across business functions.

·    Manage domestic and international tours

·    Identify the early indicators of the system to meet the end object.

·    Strict adherence to timelines

·    Collaboration with group functions and other functions across the company for effective execution of the R&R activity

·    Financial deviation occurring on account of the process deviation.

·    Deviation in timelines from the set SOP

 

5: List of internal and external stakeholders the role is expected to interact with to execute duties effectively

 

·      Internal – Business Head, Process Lead, Process Executive and various HO Teams

·      External – None
