Job Summary / Job Purpose

The candidate would be mainly responsible for working on CMS solutions on collections, liquidity management, account statements, process enhancement/ automation and digital initiatives on liability business.

 

The role involves end-to-end ownership of product lifecycle management, process optimization, regulatory compliance, and driving new-age digital and business initiatives. Product management will also involve new or existing product approval process activity involving liaison with key stakeholders in Bank.


Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities / Tasks

Collection Solutions

·      Manage One or more of digital collection product suite (Cash/Cheque, BBPS, NACH, IEC, UPI, PPI network settlement, Co-operative Bank sub-memberships etc.)

·      Lead and support EDP (Electronic Data Processing) data migration initiatives.

Liquidity Management

·      Manage Standing Instruction (SI) product lifecycle, including design enhancements and issue resolution

·      Handle Pool Account management, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance

·      Offer market solution led offering

Digital Initiatives

·      Own and manage digital agreement execution processes to improve customer experience and turnaround time

·      Manage digital delivery of corporate account statements and reporting solutions

·      Drive participation and implementation of emerging platforms such as ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce)

·      Identify and execute new opportunities aligned to business growth strategy

General & Cross-functional Responsibilities

·      Conduct sales training programs to enable frontline teams on product features and updates

·      Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns, customer communication, mailers, and product videos

·      Ensure regulatory and process compliance across TBG products and operations

·      Work closely with operations, compliance, IT, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives



Candidate Profile

Academic Background: Preferably MBA from a reputed institute


Relevant Working Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Corporate Products


Skills & Competencies required: Past Experience in managing CA product/services is must
