Job Purpose Statement
To lead and scale the Aggregator and Partnership business for CV, POCL, New Cars, Used Tractors and New Car Loans by driving market expansion, strengthening strategic partnerships, enabling digital sourcing, and ensuring alignment across product, process, and workflow, while maintaining portfolio hygiene and governance in line with the organization’s risk framework.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Business & Market Expansion
• Drive new market creation and expansion through aggregators, DSAs and partnerships
• Increase sourcing contribution across CV, POCL, New Cars, Used Tractors and Used Car Loans
• Own volume, productivity, and partner-wise performance metrics
2. Aggregator & Partnership Management
• Identify, onboard, and manage digital aggregators, fintechs, dealer platforms, OEM-linked ecosystems, DSAs
• Define commercial frameworks, engagement models, and performance governance
• Strengthen long-term strategic partnerships
3. Alignment Product
• Coordinate with Product & Credit teams to align loan offerings, eligibility, pricing, and programs for aggregator channels
Sales
• Work with respective NSMs to define targets for lead conversion, DSA onboarding, business done through DSAs and corresponding incentives
• Conduct periodic reviews with respective sales teams (POCL, CV, new cars) to track lead conversions, DSA onboarding and business done through DSAs
Process
• Standardize partner-led origination, documentation, and disbursal processes
• Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines
Workflow
• Enable seamless coordination between Sales, Credit, Ops, Technology, and Risk
• Improve TAT, conversion ratios, and customer experience
4. Digitalisation
• Drive digital sourcing and platform-led journeys, including:
o LOS / LMS integration
o API-based lead flow
o Partner onboarding automation
• Improve scalability, transparency, and data quality in sourcing
5. Portfolio Management & PDD
• Monitor portfolio performance sourced via aggregators
• Ensure PDD compliance and early risk identification
• Track delinquency trends and coordinate with Risk for corrective actions
6. Governance & Controls
• Ensure adherence to approved RC limits and partner exposure thresholds
• Establish MIS, dashboards, and review cadence for partner performance
• Support audits and internal reviews related to aggregator sourcing
Professional Qualification and Experience :
• MBA / Post‑Graduate Degree from a reputed institute with 12+ years of relevant experience in Retail / Asset Finance / Auto or CV Lending, with exposure to aggregator or partnership‑led business
• In‑depth understanding of CV, POCL, and Car Loan products.
• Knowledge of aggregator / fintech ecosystems and digital sourcing models.
• Sound understanding of governance frameworks.
• Awareness of market trends, competition, and regulatory environment.
