Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities:
• The core function is to empanel, activate, canvass, mobilize business and manage relationships in retail distribution segments like Individual Financial Advisors (IFAs), National Distributors (NDs) & Banking Channel.
• The position will have active physical meetings in the city and intra city with the distributors in the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage sales that provides an environment to grow the company’s business.
• To execute steps for increasing the company’s market share across products. This includes gaining market intelligence and analyzing industry trends, pricing strategies, selling techniques, etc.
• Maintain database and records of all distributes / Investors, etc as required for the function and safekeeping of important documents, excel sheets, files, etc
• Continuously gain feedback from Distributors & Investors for improvising and overcoming shortcomings in the product offering and after-sales service.
• Co-ordinate with reporting manager, and as and when required Zonal office.
Experience: 5-7 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA/ NISM
Skills/Other Requirements:
Strong understanding of asset management products and financial markets, Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Negotiation and persuasion skills with a client-centric approach. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
