Salary: Up to INR 20 LPA

Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of capital markets banking products and relationship with capital market customers.

Key Responsibilities

§ Manage and grow relationships with Capital Market Intermediaries such as stockbrokers, stock exchanges, wealth management firms, clearing members etc.

§ Responsible for acquisition of new clients and deepening wallet share of existing relationships

§ Strong focus on liability business, both cross-sell and pure liability, such as salary accounts, settlement accounts, fixed deposits etc.

§ Analyze client financials to derive credit assessment

§ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless credit underwriting, risk assessment, and product delivery

§ Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address client needs and risk exposures 

§ Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights 

Preferred Background

§ Prior experience in Banking (especially in Capital markets team of a bank)

§ Graduate /Post graduates (preferred would be a CA / MBA )
