Role Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Gems & Jewellery vertical as a Relationship Manager. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding our portfolio of clients in the gems and jewellery sector, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, risk management, and business growth.

Overall, Job Description:    

·      Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients in the gems and jewellery industry.

·      Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders including manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers.

·      Conduct credit assessments and structure customized financial solutions.

·      Creates, Identifies, explores and assesses business opportunities in existing and prospect clients. Aims to secure deals which maximize the banks share of client’s wallet.

·      Remains close to the client’s business activities in order to anticipate client needs, provide excellent service, deepen client relationship with the bank, monitor and control risk.

·      Monitor account performance, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

·      Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

·      Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes.

·      Drive cross-sell of bank products including trade finance, forex, and treasury solutions.

WORK EXPERIENCE

·      Minimum 10 years in relationship management, preferably in gems and jewellery or Wholesale Banking.

EDUCATION

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
