Key Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of large corporate clients across key industries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business strategies, financial requirements, and growth plans.
  • Build strong relationships with promoters, CFOs, treasury teams, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.


Business Development

  • Acquire new large corporate relationships aligned with the bank's target segments.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling banking products and services.
  • Drive growth in assets, liabilities, trade finance, cash management, treasury products, and fee-based income.
  • Develop and execute account plans for key clients.


Portfolio Management

  • Monitor utilization, profitability, and risk-adjusted returns of client relationships.
  • Ensure timely renewals, reviews, documentation, and covenant monitoring.
  • Track industry developments and proactively manage client exposures.


Qualifications

  • MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Relevant certifications in credit analysis, corporate banking, or treasury products are an advantage.


Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Large Corporate Banking, Wholesale Banking, or Relationship Management.
  • Proven experience managing large corporate clients with annual turnover typically exceeding ₹500 crore.
  • Strong understanding of credit appraisal, financial analysis, working capital assessment, and structured lending.
  • Experience in transaction banking and treasury product sales is preferred.
