Role Overview

The Relationship Manager – TASC will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Trusts, Associations, Societies, Clubs, NGOs, and other not-for-profit institutions. The role involves acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and offering tailored banking and financial solutions.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Acquire new TASC clients through networking, referrals, and market mapping
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (trustees, treasurers, committee members)
  • Act as a single point of contact for all banking requirements

2. Business Development

  • Drive CASA growth, term deposits, and fee income from TASC clients
  • Cross-sell banking products such as:
  • Current & Savings Accounts
  • Fixed Deposits
  • Payment & Collection Solutions
  • Forex Services (where applicable)
  • Identify opportunities for institutional lending (if applicable)

3. Portfolio Management

  • Manage an existing portfolio of TASC clients
  • Monitor account activity, balances, and profitability
  • Ensure high client engagement and retention

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain proper documentation for trusts/societies as per legal norms
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and servicing

5. Market Intelligence

  • Track developments in the NGO/TASC ecosystem
  • Identify emerging opportunities and competitor activities
  • Participate in events, seminars, and community engagements
