 Retail assets (Unsecured assets)/CFD Retail Assets Audit

• Conduct audit of Retail assets products ( Gold Loan , LAP , Business Loan and vehicle finance (Loan origination, underwriting, disbursement, documentation, Collection and recovery)

• Develop risk-based audit programs and checklist in line with regulatory compliance and product notes.

• Review of end-to-end loan lifecycle for process gaps, mis-selling, deviation and fraud indicators.

• Evaluate Early warning signals and delinquency trends in the retail asset portfolio.

• Develop exception reports with audit analytics and on continuous monitoring.

• Prepare audit reports highlighting gaps, risk exposures and control deficiencies.

• Perform root cause analysis of audit observations.

• Track implementation of audit recommendations and closure of audit issues

• Conduct Thematic audits such as Trade advance, collection incentives, repossession audit, operations etc.
