To conduct operational / financial analysis, participate in discussions and conduct audits / reviews based on the Audit Plan.

 Provide assurance, identify areas of improvement, and add value in the domain of Systems, Controls and Governance.

2: Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)

·      Manages one or more audits simultaneously, ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of each audit

·      Acquires strong working knowledge of the Group’s different businesses

·      Builds strong working relationships with auditees to gather information, resolve problems and complete audits

·      Effectively documents work

·      Identifies, communicates, and solves audit related issues as well as communicating audit progress in a timely and organized manner

·      Supervises, trains and mentors Auditors and Audit Trainees

·      Establishing work schedules using effective audit management techniques

·      Effectively managing a team of auditors

Professional Qualification

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

CA- 1st/2nd Attempt only or MBA (Finance)

5-7 years’ experience in Audit or Operations involving Controls & Risk Management, with at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in leading teams.

Thorough understanding of accounting and auditing standards, Regulatory standards / directions, internal controls and complex audit procedures and techniques.

Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Strong analytical, technical and research skills.

Ability to balance multiple priorities and complete audits within time constraints and deadlines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
