Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java and API Integration professional to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise integrations between internal and external applications. The candidate will be responsible for API development, integration support, technical analysis, troubleshooting, coordination with vendors, security compliance, and production support across business-critical applications.

The role requires deep expertise in Java technologies, REST APIs, middleware platforms, API security, integration architecture, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

API Development & Integration

• Design and develop REST/SOAP APIs using Java technologies.
• Build integrations between core business applications and third-party systems.
• Develop reusable services and integration components.
• Support API lifecycle management, versioning with Gitlab CICD pipelines, and documentation.
• Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, and similar tools.

• Coordinate with business teams and vendors for issue resolution.

API Security & Compliance

• Implement API authentication and authorization.
• Work with VAPT remediation teams.
• Ensure secure API design practices.
• Support audit and compliance requirements.

Evidence from API VAPT and security-related activities.

Infrastructure & Middleware Coordination

• Coordinate firewall, whitelisting, and port opening requirements.
• Work with middleware platforms and API gateways.
• Support deployment activities.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with business users, vendors, infrastructure teams, InfoSec teams, and auditors.
• Manage technical discussions and implementation tracking.
• Prepare MOMs, status reports, and technical documentation.
