Job Details

• Responsible for corporate digital channels for Trade Services & Global Remittance products - corporate banking portal, mobile banking, API, H2H et.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of digital Trade products like LCs, BGs, Remittances, Collections et.
• Though understanding of regulatory framework applicable for digital channels and trade and remittance product is a must.
• Ability to interact and understand client’s requirement and create Business requirement document.
• Vendor assessment and finalisation in consultation with procurement and other stakeholders
• Create robust processes for various functional aspects
• Design customised solution for various customer segments like corporates, MSMEs, government & PSUs etc.
• Responsible for ensuring timely and required delivery which delivers value to the business according to the outcome vision
• Exhibit design thinking while executing technology solutions
• Experienced in defining UI/UX and workflows for various channels
• Drive channel usage – conduct training to internal stakeholders and clients and track uptake in value and volume
• The role has the responsibility of working with relevant cross functional teams in Corporate Banking Relationship, Implementation, IT, Sales, Operations, Solution Delivery Group, Servicing and Marketing as well as external support agencies for end to end delivery of initiatives
• Collaboration with fintech and participate in industry vide initiative for tech solutions like Blockchain, SWIFT India Initiate etc. 

Must haves

• Relevant experience in banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, Fintechs
• Excellent understanding of digital banking products for Trade Services
