Job Description:

1. Digital Assisted Savings Account (SA) Onboarding – Mobile-based solution for Branch, Sales, and Relationship Managers. 
2. Digital Assisted Current Account (CA) Onboarding – Mobile-based solution for Branch, Sales, and Relationship Managers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in developing or managing mobile onboarding applications for banking within the Indian market.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements related to digital onboarding.
• Familiarity with industry best practices for user experience (UX), specifically for internal banking staff.
• Ability to define and document end-to-end customer journeys, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Knowledge of Google Play Store and Apple App Store guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Experience in testing mobile applications, including:
• Preparing and executing test cases and scenarios for functional, usability, and compliance testing.
• Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.

Ensuring adherence to security and regulatory standards during testing phases. Worked on NewGen platform like NEMF and Finacle core will be added advantage.
