Job Description
Role: Senior Manager -Network administration & management
The role is responsible for overseeing, governing and operating - compliance, order management and end-to-end SLA management.
Roles & Responsibilities
(a) Responsibilities:
Responsible for administering the Regulatory Framework for INFINET - which is a technical / network regulatory framework by RBI for bank compliance.
1) Own and drive network audit across multiple and varied networks
2) Act as a liaison between technical teams, compliance officers, executive leadership, and external vendors.
3) Lead cross-functional meetings to align security and compliance goals with business objectives.
4) Provide clear, concise updates and reports to senior management.
5) Upkeep trackers and MIS, and publish updates regularly
SLA Management:
1)Oversee and govern end-to-end SLA management process
2)Ensure SLA adherence by reviewing performance metrics (uptime, latency, resolution timelines) through dashboards and reports
3)Supervise identification of SLA breaches and ensure timely closure of the incidents
4)Set and monitor targets with the vendors and ensure the timelines are met by frequent meeting and tracking.
5)Define process of SLA management, automation and administration, for network projects and adherence.
6)Ensure finalisation of SLA's of all network projects within the prescribed timelines.
7)Ensure effective coordination between network operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders
8)Monitor and review MIS reports, SLA dashboards, and KPIs, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
9)Drive process improvements and standardization in SLA and compliance management
10)Track day-to-day SLA activities and effectively guide teams and resolve issues if any
11)Ensure timely escalation to senior management for critical risks and service impacts
12)Provide clear, concise updates and reports to senior management.
13)Analyze service performance against agreed targets, preparing reports, and reviewing them regularly with stakeholders
Order Renewals:
1. Track and ensure contract renwals are processed on a timely manner
2. Handle contract management and related aspects
3. Ensure proper documentation across all network projects
4.Manage and drive internal and external stakeholders for listed KRA.
Requirements
(a) Education: Graduate (B.Com / M.Com / BBA or equivalent)
(b) Experience:
- 15 to 18 years of experience in telecom with a focus on SLA governance, contract management, vendor management, and compliance.
- Hands on experience in handling audit compliance requirement.
- Experience in overseeing end to end SLA managemet.
(c) Certifications: MS Office.Power BI (Optional)
(d) Knowledge: Strong understanding of SLA process, and management.
.Good communication and presentation skills.
(e)Technical Skills: Ability to interpret SLA dashboards, MIS reports, and network performance metrics; familiarity with monitoring tools and reporting systems.
