Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Location(s): Mumbai

Salary: Up to INR 12 LPA (including 5% - 10% variable)


Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
  • Understand hiring requirements through discussions with business stakeholders.
  • Prepare sourcing strategies for each requirement.
  • Source quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on business requirements.
  • Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.
  • Drive salary negotiations and offer roll-out.
  • Ensure timely joining and smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
  • Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment dashboards.
  • Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate journey.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Handle offer follow-ups and joining formalities.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for niche and volume hiring.
  • Maintain talent pools for recurring business requirements.
  • Explore innovative sourcing channels.
  • Drive employee referral initiatives.
  • Participate in recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus initiatives whenever required.
  • Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Maintain candidate records in ATS/HRMS.
  • Track recruitment metrics
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and compliance requirements.


Education

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.


Experience

  • 5–10 years of recruitment experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of lateral hiring experience.
