Job role

• Lead and manage audit assignments for central functions, from risk assessment to reporting

• Develop audit plan, scope and RCM based on regulatory guidelines and internal policies

• Review processes, controls and governance mechanisms and identify control gaps and operational risks

• Supervise auditors, review working papers and ensure audit quality and timeliness

• Discuss audit findings with function heads and agree on practical, risk-based recommendations

• Track closure of audit issues and report status to senior management

• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, statutory requirements, and internal audit standards
