Role Details: Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand CBDC requirements, translate them into detailed functional specifications, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. 

Overall Job Description:    

·      System Design & Implementation: Design and oversee the implementation of CBDC systems, including infrastructure, data flow, security protocols, and integration with existing financial systems.

·      Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.

·      Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the reliability and security of CBDC systems, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

·      Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the CBDC project lifecycle.

·      Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and functional issues related to CBDC systems, providing strategic solutions to ensure system integrity and high data quality.

·      Post-Implementation Support: Provide technical support to end-users and business teams, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of the CBDC solution.

·      Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in CBDC technology and related regulatory frameworks.
